Enable autonomous self-healing for SRDF/A

Autonomous self-healing for SRDF/A, removes the need for manual intervention when SRDF/A drops due to cache limitations due to a temporary increase in workload or a decrease in SRDF throughput.

Prerequisites

Both R1 and R2 arrays are running PowerMaxOS 10.2.0.0.

If the SRDF/A session is active when rdfa autostart is set on, autostart is not activated until the next time the SRDF/A session is restarted.

If the SRDF/A session is active when rdfa autostart is set off, autostart is deactivated immediately.
